Kane'ohe Sandbar - February 21, 2015

On the Windward Side of Oahu inside Kane'ohe Bay there is a huge Sandbar which the water can reach as low as the sand and only as high as your knees. Great places to kick back with a huge group of friends. Along side owner of Sakana Gyotaku, Gary Soma and us decided to throw a kickback.

Beautiful day on the bay as Gary took us out to the Sandbar.

Soon as we got there we popped a tent and set up the chairs. The water was already receding and there was land! This only happens once every few months, the day we planned it was perfect!

A bunch of our family and friends joined us at the sandbar. Good vibes and good times all around. At one point we had about 80 people!

The water raised and eventually chased everyone out but at the end with just a few of us we busted out the beer and cups for a little Hawaiian Style beer pong!

Such a awesome place to spend the day with family and friends. Looking back to Oahu seeing the sun go down behind Ko'olau Mountains was just the perfect way to end the day on the bay. Can't wait to go out again!
